What we collect

When you request the library audit: your email address and the podcast link you provide.
When you register on our advertorial page: your name, email, phone, and your online homebase link (a website, social profile, or podcast/YouTube channel). We use them to review your homebase and to contact you about your registration and the Founder's Circle.
When you become a client: your name, business email, podcast feed, and the publishing account credentials needed to run your content. We access those accounts only to publish and schedule your content.

We use your email to send the audit, deliver reports, and communicate about your service.
We may email you about your registration and follow up about the Founder's Circle. We use your phone only to contact you about your registration. We do not send text messages.
We never sell your email or your data. We never rent your list. We never use your content to train a public model.

Lead data and client data live on our own servers.
We keep access to publishing accounts only for the term of service.
Registration records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
We use Cloudflare (delivery and security) and our email and CRM systems to operate this site. Your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries outside your province or country.

This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare processes aggregate request data for delivery and security. If we add third-party analytics or paid advertising tags later, we will update this policy before we do.
