These terms govern your purchase of the Founder Circle Growth Engine. By purchasing, you agree to the following.
Metric: We double your net new followers in the 90-day term compared with the 90 days before start. If your baseline is below 50 net new followers, the target floor is 100 net new followers. Third-party-checkable on any follower-count tool.
90-day clock plus 60-day remediation cap: If we miss at day 90, you choose: every dollar back (cash, within 14 days of the miss) or we work free up to 60 more days. No uncapped labor, no moral hazard.
48-hour cooperation covenant: You approve posting plans within 48 hours. Non-cooperation runs against your clock, not ours.
14-day buyer's remorse: Full refund within the first 14 days if you leave, no questions asked.
Keep everything: Even on refund, everything already delivered stays yours.
Stronger tier (optional at checkout): Extend to a 1-year window, same metric, for +$500.
The Growth Engine is offered at the founding price of $1,500 one-time for the first 15 seats. After seat 15, the price becomes a monthly subscription.
Payment options: pay in full ($1,500) or split 2 x $750 (start + day 45). The split costs nothing extra. All payments are processed through ThriveCart.
Early-bird bonus (seats 1-7): 90-Day Growth Report included at no charge plus 120-day remediation window instead of 60.
First content within 30 days of onboarding. The engine produces up to 30 native posts per day from your library, each approved by a human editor before publishing. Per-platform frequency caps are set by the engine based on what each channel rewards. The guarantee is measured on growth, not on hitting a specific post count.
You provide access to your podcast library (audio or video files or feed URLs). You approve or reject posting plans within 48 hours. You maintain active accounts on the social platforms you choose. You own the rights to all content you provide.
You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Growth Engine to any third party.
Your results may be published as a case study only with your explicit permission. You will be asked before any public use of your name, brand, or results. You may decline without penalty.
We never sell your data. Your content never trains a public model. Publishing accounts are accessed only for the term of service. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
The Growth Engine is provided as a content distribution system. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the follower growth metric described in the guarantee terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Growth Engine.
