These terms govern your purchase of the Founder Circle Growth Engine. By purchasing, you agree to the following.
How we count: net new followers across your connected channels, added together: your first 90 days compared with the 90 before we start. If your baseline is under 50 net new followers, the floor is 100. Any free follower tool settles it.
If we miss at day 90, you choose: every dollar back in cash within 14 days, or we keep working free (up to 60 more days) until the number is hit. The refund call is always yours.
The plan needs one thing from you: approve posting plans within 48 hours. If a plan waits on you, the clock pauses. Fair is fair.
14 days to change your mind: full refund, no questions, and everything already delivered stays yours.
The fine print, in plain words: the guarantee rides on volume. It applies when you have at least 50 recorded episodes for the engine to work with, and you post less than 10 times a week today, so there is room to work. If either is not true for you, we will say so before you buy, and the guarantee does not apply.
Individual results vary. The guarantee terms above define exactly what we commit to.
The Growth Engine is offered at $2,500 one-time for the first 15 seats, payable at checkout as one payment of $2,500 or three payments of $997. The VIP experience is $4,997 one-time and includes everything in the founding seat plus four private working calls. All paths include lifetime access and the same guarantee. After seat 15, the price becomes a monthly subscription.

Your payment covers the Growth Engine for as long as Best Business Coach operates the service, with no renewal fees, and all engine updates are included. If we ever retire the Growth Engine, we will give you at least 90 days of notice and refund your seat price in full. Lifetime access is personal to you and cannot be transferred or resold.
First content within 30 days of onboarding. The engine produces up to 30 posts per day from your library, made for each platform. You approve everything until you switch on autopilot. Until the self-serve dashboard ships, approvals run by email; autopilot turns the approval step off the moment you ask. We limit how often each channel posts so it reads like a human feed. The guarantee is measured on growth, not on hitting a specific post count.
You provide access to your podcast library (audio or video files or feed URLs). You approve or reject posting plans within 48 hours. You maintain active accounts on the social platforms you choose. You own the rights to all content you provide.
You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Growth Engine to any third party.
Your results may be published as a case study only with your explicit permission. You will be asked before any public use of your name, brand, or results. You may decline without penalty.
We never sell your data. Your content never trains a public model. Publishing accounts are accessed only for the term of service. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
The Growth Engine is provided as a content distribution system. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the follower growth metric described in the guarantee terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Growth Engine.
